Sky is owned and operated by Karene Millar. I
am a technical communications consultant with over
twelve years of software technical writing experience. I produce
quality
technical documentation and develop complete Web sites.
After receiving my Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, I worked as a software developer for eight years. My work as a developer was focused on developing user interfaces and understanding the user experience. It was a natural transition to take my technical experience and my love of teaching and writing to become a user advocate with the transition to technical writing. With this technical background, I can get up to speed on new software quickly and work well with software engineers.
